| The Alaknanda River ( This is the beginning of the Mighty Ganges. Ganges upto Hardwar is called as Alaknanda. The white sand at the banks of the river is a pointer to the power and beauty of the river as it winds its way. ) |

| The beautiful fields ( Another shot from Sinhagad during the monsoons. I liked the way the sky was reflected on the water in the paddy fields, giving it an element of unreal. The various shades of green also contrasted well with the water ) |

| Dudhsagar Falls, Goa ( One of the most magnificient water falls I have ever seen. This waterfall gets its name from the pure white foam of the water.You can literally see the water gushing out of the picture. This pic too was taken from a moving train. ) |
